Hi, I’m Ellen Boyle and wellness, evolution and connection for all sentient beings including Mother Earth are my passion.  I’m following my dharma to make these teachings and practices practical and applicable so that your life and health pulse with vitality and ease.  It’s doable.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a sanskrit word that translates, “the wisdom of life.” It is the 5,000 year old Natural Medicine of India. Some of it’s benefits:

• It respects the individual by empowering you to know your body/mind type and live in accordance with that balance

• It considers all of you: your body/mind and spirit

• It offers natural ways of treating diseases and promoting health

• It empowers you to take responsibility for your own health

• It is cost effective

• It works

How can Ayurveda help me?

Yoga and Ayurveda are the perfect, grounding medicine to balance the fast, sharp and always-moving world in which we currently abide. Over 90% of all diseases can be avoided or greatly lessened by living a life of balance and health. Yoga and Ayurveda teach us how to do just that: how to live in alignment with your personal wellness blueprint (prakriti) and nature so that you can thrive and fulfill your life’s purpose.

If you like our connection and the insight I can offer you, then sign up for a 90 minute Ayurveda Wellness Consultation where we will discuss your lifestyle, diet, exercise and wellness through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda. You will leave with a Wellness Uplevel Chart teaching you ways of incorporating these ancient and medicinal practices to help you thrive and reach your wellness goals.

Uplevel your current health and vitality by learning about your individual wellness blueprint (prakruti).  We discuss and design a daily routine for you that aligns you with the intelligence of nature. I am also available for Skype or Facetime consultations.

Tuesdays 4pm - 5:15pm STRONG AND RESILIENT - This class focuses on building strength and resilience through yoga postures.  Special props: dyna-bands, resistance loops.

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 7pm ESSENTIALS - This class is a level 1 yoga class appropriate for beginners and anyone who wishes to practice the basics of posture, alignment, breath and meditation.


Thursdays 5:45pm - 7:15pm ESSENTIALS - This class is a level 1 yoga class appropriate for beginners and anyone who wishes to practice the basics of posture, alignment, breath and meditation. 


Saturdays 9am - 10:30am DEEPENING - This class is a level 2 yoga class where we explore refinement of alignment and some of the more challenging poses.
